JUDr. David Kojzar was born in 1978 in Chomutov. He graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen in 2006. He started his career at the Bailiff´s Office, then gained experience as an assistant judge at the District Court for Prague 1 and subsequently worked at the District Prosecutor’s Office in Kladno. Since 2010 he had worked as an attorney. As of January 2020 he is the founding partner of NK Partners advokátní kancelář.
David specializes mainly in criminal law, administrative law, offences, immigration and asylum.

Mgr. Tomáš Nikš was born in Pardubice in 1986. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2011.
During his studies, since 2008, he cooperated with Vyroubal Krajhanzl Školout, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o. From 2016 to 2019, he continued his legal practice as an attorney in VKS Legal advokátní kancelář, s.r.o.
As of January 2020 he is the founding partner of NK Partners advokátní kancelář.
In his practice Tomáš specialises mainly civil and corporate law, public procurement, competition law and criminal law.

JUDr. Alena Kojzarová was born in Prague in 1982. In 2006 she graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. She started her law practice at law firm Sodomka Soucek Jindra Mokry, and as of 2007 she cooperated with law firm Vyroubal Krajhanzl Školout, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o, until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, she was a senior attorney at VKS Legal, s.r.o
As of January 2020 she is the founding partner of NK Partners advokátní kancelář.
Alena specialises mainly in criminal law, civil law and civil process, IT law, copyright and intellectual property rights, labour law.

Mgr. Šimon Mach was born in 1991 in Prague. He graduated from the law faculty of Charles University in Prague in 2018. During his studies he gained practical experience through cooperation with the law firm VKS Legal advokátní kancelář, s.r.o., where he continued as a law clerk after graduation.
Since 2023, he has been working at NK Partners advokátní kancelář.
In his legal practice, he mainly focuses on criminal, family and corporate law.
